This is an ongoing group for women to provide an opportunity to experience authenticity, support, and bonding with other women. It creates a safe place for the compassionate exploration of problems and issues. Healing is promoted through honesty, sharing, and deep connection. A group where creativity can be cultivated and self-esteem increased. Learn to manage anxiety, depression, stress and anger. We welcome women from all backgrounds.

The topics of discussion will be determined by the participants, but among the possibilities are: family issues, self-esteem, academic and career progress, multiple roles, relationships, life balance, disordered eating, communication skills, aging, healthy parenting, sisterhood, life transitions and much more.
